Can I carry forward the lessons I've missed to the next term?

All classes registered must be completed within the term’s date. Students who paid for a full term is allowed to carry forward not more than 2 missed lessons to the following term. The 3rd and subsequent absences will be voided.

Can I reschedule the classes?

Yes, parents may request to reschedule the classes to be completed within the contractual period.

What should I do if I am unable to attend the lesson?

To ensure all children enjoy the right to have classes, please adhere to the absence policy of notifying the centre at least 24 hours ahead of time. Any absence without prior notice will be counted as the child has completed the class.

What if I'm going to miss more than 2 weeks of lessons?

Yes, parents/guardians can request to suspend the classes if the child is:-
a. Suffering from long-term sickness
b. Travelling overseas for more than 2 consecutive weeks.

Parents/guardians must timely provide one of the following written proofs with the request.
i. Copy of the plane, bus, train or ship ticket.
ii. Proof of crossing the border.
iii. Proof of hospitalization.
iv. Proof of illness history.

What is your refund policy?

All fees are non-refundable.

What safety measures are you putting in place to keep our children safe?

While we still have physical lessons, we will be stepping up classroom sanitization procedures. Each student will be kept at least 1.5 to 2m apart with even smaller classes and cross-contact with other classes will not be allowed.

Can I put the lessons on hold?

Yes, Physical lessons can be shifted to the next term. *Subject to terms and conditions

Can I pick when I can come by for the physical lesson?

We will do our best to accommodate your timetable but we also seek your understanding of our teacher’s schedules and well-being.

Can I choose any teacher for online lessons?

You may, subject to the date and time available as there are also a maximum number of students allowed in one online class.

Will the June holiday camp still be going on?

For the moment, there are no plans to change the June holiday camp dates. should you like to postpone your attendance, the lessons can be shifted to the September holiday camp.

All classes are moving online. What do I do with my physical lesson package?

Your physical lessons will not be forfeited. It can be shifted to next term.

What happened to my after-lesson feedback sessions from teachers?

To protect our staff and maintain the risk of spreading any viruses, we are shifting all feedback sessions to either WeChat, WhatsApp or SMS/Email.
